Delay from the client’s side
Non-usage of purchased services

2. No Exchange Policy

We do not offer exchanges, replacements, or service swaps for any of our services once purchased.

3. Service Delivery

After payment confirmation, services will be delivered as per the agreed scope, timeline, and terms shared with the client via proposal, email, or contract.

Delays caused by the client (e.g., late approvals, missing content, or non-responsiveness) do not qualify for refund or exchange.

4. Payment Method

All payments are processed securely through Razorpay Payment Gateway. We do not store your card or banking details.
